Your visit fee is due at the time of service. Aligned Virtual Care is a cash-pay (self-pay) practice and does not bill insurance.
No surprise bills. No copays. No hidden fees - just one transparent price for your visit.
If a prescription is medically appropriate, it will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. While we do not bill insurance for visits, your health insurance may still help cover the cost of eligible prescription medications.

Aligned Virtual Care accepts most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We do not accept HSA/FSA cards at this time.
Payment is securely processed online and is due at the time of booking your visit. All payments are non-refundable.

Aligned Virtual Care is designed to treat non-emergency medical conditions through telehealth. Some conditions require an in-person examination, diagnostic testing, or emergency medical care and cannot be safely evaluated or treated virtually.
Please seek immediate medical attention or call 911 if you are experiencing:
Chest pain
Severe shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Signs of a stoke (sudden weakness, numbness, confusion, or difficulty speaking)
Severe allergic reactions or difficulty swallowing
Loss of consciousness
Seizures
Heavy or uncontrolled bleeding
Serious injuries, broken bones, or deep lacerations
Severe abdominal pain
Work-related injuries
Any other life-threatening medical emergency
If your condition cannot be safely managed through telehealth, we will recommend the most appropriate level of care, such as your primary care provider, an in-person urgent care facility, or the nearest emergency department. Your health and safety are always our top priority.

Yes. If a prescription is medically appropriate, it can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy during your visit.
Please note that not every medical condition requires a prescription. Treatment recommendations are based on your symptoms, medical history, current clinical guidelines, and clinical judgement.
Aligned Virtual Care does not prescribe controlled substances.

No. Aligned Virtual Care does not prescribe controlled substances, including opioid medications, stimulant medications (such as those commonly used to treat ADHD), or certain sedative medications.
Our practice focuses on the evaluation and treatment of common, non-emergency medical conditions through telehealth. When medically appropriate, we can prescribe many non-controlled medications and send them electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
If your condition requires a controlled medication or ongoing management of a chronic condition, we will recommend that you follow up with your primary care provider or an appropriate specialist.

After completing your purchase through our website, you will be automatically redirected to our secure scheduling page to select your appointment time. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule if you need to complete it later. All appointments are scheduled through our electronic health record (CharmHealth) to ensure a seamless and secure experience.

Aligned Virtual Care is currently focused on serving patients located in Florida at the time of their telehealth visit.
Although our provider is licensed in multiple states, services are currently being offered to Florida patients as we continue to grow.
Please note that patients must be physically located in Florida at the time of their virtual appointment.

If your symptoms require a more detailed physical examination, diagnostic testing, or emergency medical care, we will recommend the most appropriate next step to ensure you receive the care you need.

At Aligned Virtual Care, we provide convenient virtual urgent care for adults and children from the comfort of home. We treat a variety of common, non-emergency conditions, including:
Cold, flu and COVID-19 symptoms
Sinus infections
Sore throat and Strep throat concerns
Ear infections
Allergies
Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
Rashes and minor skin conditions
Mild gastrointestinal illnesses (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea)
Minor respiratory illnesses
Gynecological concerns (Bacterial vaginosis (BV) or Vaginal yeast infections)
Sexually transmitted disease concerns or exposure (when appropriate)
Mediation refills (when appropriate)
School and work excuse notes (when medically appropriate)

Aligned Virtual Care provides telehealth services for patients ages 1 year and older. We care for both children and adults with a variety of common, non-emergency health concerns.
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the virtual visit. The parent or legal guardian must be available to provide consent for treatment and participate in the visit as needed.
If a child’s symptoms require an in-person examination or emergency evaluation, we’ll recommend the most appropriate level of care to ensure they receive the best treatment possible.

Appointment availability depends on our current schedule. Patients can conveniently book online by selecting an available appointment time that works best for them.
We strive to offer timely appointments and will continue expanding availability as our practice grows.

To help make the most of your telehealth visit, we recommend having the following available:
A list of your current medications and allergies
Your preferred pharmacy name and location
Any recent temperature, blood pressure, pulse, pulse oximeter, blood sugar, or weight readings (if applicable)
A quiet, private location with a reliable internet connection
Good lighting if you need us to evaluate a rash, skin condition, or other visible symptom
Complete any required forms before your appointment
Join your visit a few minutes early to make sure your camera and microphone are working properly
If your visit is for a child, please have the child available during the appointment, along with any information about their symptoms, medications, allergies, and recent temperature or weight, if known.
If the appointment is for a child, the patient must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the virtual visit.

At this time, Aligned Virtual Care is a cash-pay (self-pay) practice and does not bill insurance. This allows us to offer transparent pricing, simplified scheduling, and high-quality care without restrictions often associated with insurance billing.
If you have health insurance, your prescription medication may still be covered by your pharmacy benefits. We can send prescriptions electronically to your preferred pharmacy when medically appropriate, and your insurance will determine any applicable medication coverage or copay.
Payment for your visit is due at the time of service.

Yes. If medically appropriate, Aligned Virtual Care can provide school or work excuse notes following your virtual visit.
Please note that we do not complete:
Short-term disability paperwork
Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) forms
Workers’ compensation evaluations or documentation
Disability determination forms or other extensive medical paperwork
Excuse notes are based on the provider’s clinical assessment during your visit.
Excuse notes may be backdated up to 48 hours prior to the date of your visit when medically appropriate.
Excuse notes may cover up to 7 consecutive calendar days when medically appropriate.
Repeated or ongoing requests for excuse documentation may require follow-up with a primary care provider or in-person evaluation.
If your request requires additional documentation beyond this scope, we recommend following up with your primary care provider or appropriate specialist.
