Shannon Chambers, MSN, APRN, FNP-C , is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, entrepreneur, and devoted mother passionate about providing compassionate, accessible healthcare that fits real life. As the founder of Aligned Virtual Care, Shannon combines years of clinical experience with a patient-centered approach focused on convenience, education, and whole-person wellness through telehealth care.

Born in Vero Beach, Florida and raised in Gifford, FL, Shannon’s journey into healthcare began early. While attending Vero Beach High School, she discovered her passion for nursing through the Health Occupational Students of America (HOSA) program and graduated in 2006 as a Certified Nursing Assistance through the Florida Board of Nursing. She later earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Florida State University in 2010, and began her career in as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare.

Driven by a love for caring for women and families, Shannon expanded her experience as a travel L&D nurse in both San Diego and Los Angelos, CA, before returning home to Florida and continue her nursing career in Panama City. After becoming a mother, she pursued graduate education at Frontier Nursing University, earning a Masters of Science in Nursing in 2017, and becoming a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.

Throughout her career, Shannon has worked across women’s health, urgent care, primary care, wellness and aesthetics. She previously owned and operated a medical spa and healthcare practice - an experience that deepened her passion for creating healthcare that feels both personal and empowering.

Today, Shannon has intentionally transitioned into telehealth, allowing her to better serve patients while also embracing the role most important to her: being a mother. Outside of medicine, she is a homeschooling mom, dedicated baseball mom, devoted daughter and proud sister who understands firsthand the demands of balancing health, family, work, and everyday life. Her personal experiences shape the compassionate and realistic care she provides to every patient encounter.
